How long does installation take?
Most addresses are installed within 24–72 hours depending on building access and available slots.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes. The technician verifies Emirates ID and needs access to the apartment and weak-current room (if any).
Is a deposit or contract required?
Plans usually have a 24-month commitment. Any deposit will be shown during order confirmation.
Can I upgrade or move later?
You can upgrade speed or packages and relocate within Etisalat coverage. Tell us your new address and we’ll arrange it.
Quick Troubleshooting
Internet light is red / LOS on ONT
- Check the fiber patch cord is firmly connected (don’t bend sharply)
- Power-cycle ONT and router (off 30s, then on)
- If LOS stays solid, contact us to re-dispatch
TV box shows “No Signal”
Confirm HDMI is in the correct TV port, then restart the TV receiver. On first boot, let updates complete.
Slow Wi-Fi in rooms
Place the router centrally and elevated, away from metal and mirrors. Ask us about Mesh/Extenders for large apartments.
