How long does delivery/installation take?
Usually within 24–48 hours after verification. We’ll send a WhatsApp confirmation once booked.
What documents are required?
A valid Emirates ID for eKYC is required for all Etisalat services. Building access/room number is needed for eLife installation.
Is there a contract?
Most plans have 12 or 24-month terms. Any early termination fees are per Etisalat policy for the chosen plan.
Can I move the service?
Home Wireless / Mobile can move anywhere with coverage. eLife relocation depends on building readiness — we’ll assist with the request.
Quick Troubleshooting
Wi-Fi connected but no internet
- Confirm your plan is activated and bill status is clear
- Restart the router (power off 30s → on)
- Home Wireless: ensure SIM is fully inserted and registered
Weak signal in rooms
Place router higher and near a window. For larger homes, ask for Wi-Fi extenders / mesh options.
TV channels / apps not working
Check your plan entitlements (e.g. STARZPLAY / Prime Video). Sign in again, or contact us for a quick refresh.
