All services are powered by Etisalat by e&, one of the UAE’s leading telecom networks. Orders are processed via internetoffers.ae, an authorized Etisalat partner.
Which areas are covered?
Etisalat coverage extends across all Emirates. Wireless runs on 5G/4G signals, while Fibre is available in most residential and business communities. Contact us to verify availability in your building.
Are there contracts?
Most plans come with 12 or 24-month terms. Short-term flexible options are also available on selected Wireless plans.
Installation & Setup
How do I set up my Wireless router?
- Insert the Etisalat SIM into the router
- Connect power and wait 2–3 minutes for the signal
- Find your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password on the router label
Place your router near a window for the strongest 5G signal.
What happens during Fibre installation?
An Etisalat technician will visit to set up the connection, test speeds, and ensure TV and internet services are working perfectly before handover.
Billing & Payments
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay through the My Etisalat UAE app, online payment link, or authorized outlets. You’ll receive a secure payment link after activation.
Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Yes — message us anytime on WhatsApp to explore upgrade options or add-ons that suit your speed and data needs.
Troubleshooting
My Wi-Fi shows but no internet
- Ensure SIM is fully inserted
- Restart your router after 30 seconds
- Check the signal bars — if red, reposition router near a window
Signal is weak in some rooms
Move the router to a higher or central location. For larger homes or offices, we recommend an Etisalat Wi-Fi extender.
Slow speed or buffering
Restart your router once a week, ensure no VPNs are active, and test speed on wired connection. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
