We coordinate access to the weak-current / TR room and schedule the engineer visit. Keep Trade License and authorized signatory’s Emirates ID ready.

Engineer installs ONT, configures the router/VLANs, tests speeds and hands over credentials and service summary.
Business FAQs
What documents are required?
Company Trade License, signatory’s Emirates ID, and (if applicable) VAT TRN. For static IP, we may ask for router brand/model if BYO.
Lead time for installation?
Typically 2–5 working days after approval, depending on building access and slot availability.
Can we keep our public IP if we upgrade later?
Yes—if you select static IP, we keep it through speed/package upgrades on the same access line.
Do you provide Wi-Fi coverage for large offices?
We offer managed Wi-Fi/mesh with heat-map design and professional placement. Ask for a site survey.
Quick Troubleshooting
Link down / LOS on ONT
- Ensure fibre patch cord is seated and not bent sharply
- Power-cycle ONT and router (off 30s, then on)
- If LOS persists, we’ll dispatch an engineer
Static IP not reachable
Confirm WAN type (PPPoE vs DHCP), static IP assignment on the router, and firewall rules. We can remote-assist if using a managed router.
Voice/PBX issues
Check SIP register status, VLAN tagging (if used), and that LAN ports are mapped correctly. We’ll help verify with the voice gateway.
